Throughout his career, Vaibhav has held key positions at renowned multinational corporations such as Deloitte, KPMG, MetLife, and Indian Audit & Assurance Firm. He has an outstanding track record in building offshoring strategies, managing outsourced services, driving large-scale transformations, providing strategic consulting, and offering accounting and advisory services in areas such as Tax, US GAAP, and IFRS. Vaibhav has served clients across diverse industries, including Accounting, Banking, Manufacturing, eCommerce, Education and Training, Healthcare, Insurance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Textiles, and Property Management, spanning regions such as USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.

Vaibhav is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. He has further honed his skills through various Management & Leadership Programs from prestigious business schools, including Harvard Business School, INSEAD Business School, Indian School of Business, IIM-Ahmedabad, Dr. Ken Blanchard, Vyaktitva, and more. Kevin is a strategic financial leader with over 17 years of progressive financial experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, and Accounting. Kevin graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago in 2005 with a B.B.A. in Accounting & Finance and earned his CPA license while working as an auditor at Perry-Smith, LLP (n/k/a Crowe Horwath).

Over the following 10 years, Kevin worked in various Corporate Accounting & Finance roles where he achieved acclaim for his efficiency, his ability to focus on the bigger picture, and his process improvement abilities. Examples of his process improvement achievements include:

• Reduced payment processing time from 10.2 days to 2.1 days while working cross-functionally at Tallgrass Energy.
• Tightened the month end close process from 5.0 days to 0.5 days at George T. Sanders Company.

Kevin was promoted to Chief Financial Officer at George T. Sanders Company in 2019 and led various initiatives to improve the company, including regular presentations at Board Meetings, oversight of an ERP migration, and the construction of sophisticated KPI dashboards. Kevin represented the Company on various large transactions, including negotiation and contract review on several commercial real estate transactions.

Eric is a CPA with 14 years' experience in accounting advisory, auditing and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has several years' experience in mid-size audit and consulting firms with clients in a variety of industries. Eric has extensive experience in financial reporting for pre revenue startups to large public entities, including bookkeeping, consolidation, financial statement preparation and analysis, management and investor reporting, financial modeling and audit and IPO readiness.

Eric has provided technical advisory on complex transactions, including debt/equity financings, business combinations, revenue recognition, lease arrangements, etc. Eric has helped clients establish and improve financial operations,including system implementation, compensation structures and the creation of accounting policies and processes. Eric graduated with a BBA from Emory university in Accounting and Finance.

Gaurav Kaushal has held key leadership positions at top-tier organizations such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG), IBM, and Aon Hewitt, where he showed his skills in HR business partnering, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement. His ability to identify areas for improvement and drive transformational change with razor-sharp focus has become his hallmark. He is passionate about enhancing organizational performance by leveraging human intelligence and cognitive capabilities, as well as implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.
