Must have 300+ own Gmail ID's.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Canada Taxation
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Canada Tax Manager to oversee the accurate preparation and filing of state and federal tax forms for our individual and corporate clients. The Tax Manager will ensure compliance with state, federal, and applicable international tax laws while optimizing reporting procedures and driving the successful function of the Canada tax team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling all types of Canada tax returns and be dedicated to achieving compliance through meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in commonly used Canadian tax filing software is essential. This role requires a team player who can effectively manage the tax team, implement robust controls and processes, and maximize overall performance.
Job Responsibilities
1- Prepare Canadian Tax returns for individuals and corporate clients of Global FPO
2- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of client federal tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
3- Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
4- Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the client’s Canadian federal income tax return and other tax documents.
5- Plan for and develop an overall return calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with the tax team.
6- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax preparation process.
7- Provide support with various audits and special tax-related projects.
8- Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.
9- Manage and mentor members of the tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
10- Closely interact with customers to communicate the documents required for the preparation of tax returns well in advance
11. Create a robust process of reporting and follow-up.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 10+ years of Experience in the field of Canada Taxation
- Should have extensive experience in filing all kinds of Canada Income Tax returns
- Excellent knowledge of Canada Income Tax laws
- Extensive hands-on experience working on Canada Income Tax filing software

Position: International Bid Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bid/RFP/Tender Manager with a proven track record in US or Canada RFP bidding. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of RFP procedures, best practices, and industry standards. As a Bid/RFP/Tender Manager, you will be responsible for crafting winning proposals, finding and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and managing the end-to-end bidding process for US Government State and Federal projects.
Job Description: Bid/RFP/Tender Manager
1.Bid Strategy: Develop effective bid strategies, leveraging your experience in US Government State and Federal projects, to secure new business opportunities through RFPs and tenders.
2.Proposal Development: Utilize your solid experience in proposal writing to lead the development of high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals tailored to meet clients' needs.
3.RFP Identification: Utilize various tools and your expertise to search and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in the US and Canadian markets.
4.Qualification Criteria: Ensure the organization meets all eligibility requirements for bidding on government projects in the USA and Canada.
5.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including primes and subcontractors, to gather information and insights needed for crafting winning proposals.
6.Communication: Effectively articulate insights, strategies, and project requirements to internal teams and government procurement teams.
7.Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, allowing for differentiation in proposals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Position SummaryThis QuickBooks Accountant Position is responsible for performing accounting for various international clients in QuickBooks, Xero and other Accounting software.
The purpose of this role is to perform accounting for various GlobalFPO clients across globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc
Job Responsibilities
1. Perform end to end accounting
2. Perform Bank feed and reconciliation
3. Perform Accounts Receivable feeding, reconciliation and accounting
4. Perform Accounts Payable feeding, reconciliation and accounting
5. Post journal entries and prepare backups and audit trail
6. Cleanup accounting books
7. Create US/UK/Canada/ Australia Tax ready books
8. Work from GlobalFPO India Office for clients across globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc.
9. Prepare Financial Statements as per multiple GAAPs Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience
- BCom/ MCom/ CA Inter
- 7+ years of Experience in field of accounting with at least 2 years’ experience in QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Excellent knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
- Tally knowledge will be a Plus
